Please pay your bill on the 1st of each month.

We understand that sometimes things happen so If you’re late a few days we understand and will give you a courtesy pass in good faith. But a $5 late fee will be added to your account if we don’t receive it by the 15th.

If you are unable to consistently pay on time please call us to discuss options. While we reserve the right to refuse service for delinquent payments and abusers of the rules we would rather find solution.

You are allowed 4 Kitchen Tall 13 Gallon bags per pickup. Picked up 2x per week is 32 bags per month for only $30 per month! 

We understand sometimes you have more trash because of holidays, get togethers, etc. So if you have more than 4 bags per pickup or their equivalent in weight, there is a $5 per bag additional charge.  We just ask you login  –>  click on “Add Additional Bags” –> select the amount of additional bags you have and –> checkout. 

* If you consistently have more than 4 bags every pickup you will need to switch your payment to the $40 pickup option.

NOTE:

While we prefer a Kitchen Tall 13 Gallon Bag it’s fine if you are using a larger gallon bag, if it’s only filled to about half capacity. Otherwise you will receive an additional charge of $5 per bag. This is an issue of weight mostly, so as long as your larger bags are not extremely heavy or filled more than a Kitchen Tall 30 Gallon bag you should be okay 👍.

In the event that your bag is so full or heavy that it breaks (leaving trash to be picked up 😩) an additional charge may be added to your account.

No. The color of your garbage bag is not a problem. We’re mostly concerned about weight and volume for our drivers. 😃

No! All garbage must be bagged and tied.

Each bag must be handled manually so please don’t overfill.

Place bags in the cans with the ties facing upward, no upside down bags.

We only pickup household garbage so no green waste.

We understand that life happens, but like with most company’s you will be charged an additional $25 for bouncing a check as it does impact our administration and banking.

If you continue to carry a balance or your account is delinquent for 90 days, garbage service will be suspended until the past due amount has been paid in full.

Pickup days are Tuesday and Friday.
April 1 – October 31 – Pickup begins at 8:00 am
November 1 – March 31 – Pickup begins as 8:30 am
